Vinification

In keeping with the sustainable approach and respect for the soil and terroir, vinification in the cellar is carried out with the least possible oenological inputs, with limited doses of SO2 adapted to the sanitary state of the harvest and the conditions of the vintage. The wines are aged in 500L barrels, foudres (20hl oak vats), amphorae and stainless steel tanks.
